imPACT in Action: Ron Dimbatt – Leading with Willingness and Dedication

When something needs to get done, Ron Dimbatt is already there—ready to jump in, lend a hand, and see it through. As our Lead Mechanic, Ron’s reliability, initiative, and quiet determination are the exact reasons he was selected as this quarter’s Willingness imPACT Award recipient.

Presented by Juan Fletes, HVAC/CCTV Operations Director, alongside General Manager Cindy Johnson, this award celebrates individuals who show up with a “how can I help?” attitude and go above and beyond without hesitation. And that’s Ron—every single day.

A Career Built on Drive and Dedication

Ron joined StormWater Pros with decades of hands-on experience under his belt. He spent nine years with Cadillac, achieving Gold Master status, ran his own business for 19 years, and worked in fleet maintenance at UPS before joining the team. He also holds the highly respected title of Triple Master Technician, a distinction he’s maintained for over 30 years—representing mastery in automotive, heavy-duty truck, and equipment service.

His work speaks for itself—but it’s his attitude that truly sets him apart.

A Willingness to Step In Wherever He's Needed

Ron brings a sense of ownership and initiative that is rare to find. Whether it's performing maintenance across a variety of equipment or stepping in when vendors fall short, his willingness to keep things moving is invaluable.

As his leaders shared during his award presentation, Ron is the kind of team member who doesn’t wait to be asked. He sees what needs to be done and takes care of it, whether it’s as small as a belt change or as complex as managing equipment logistics that would otherwise halt operations.

“He’s a problem-solver, and he takes pride in being part of the work that makes things happen,” said Juan. “He doesn’t just work—he cares.”

Finding Joy in the Work

When asked what he enjoys most about being at StormWater Pros, Ron kept it simple:
“I like being involved in stuff that’s happening.”
After years of running his own business, Ron says returning to a hands-on role has renewed his appreciation for the daily wins—the sense of accomplishment that comes with a job well done.

That mindset is exactly why he was chosen for this award. Willingness isn’t about saying “yes” to everything—it’s about caring enough to step in, stay engaged, and deliver your best every time.

A True Asset to the Team

Whether it’s staying ahead on vehicle maintenance, stepping into new projects, or just showing up with a great attitude, Ron represents the best of StormWater Pros. His willingness to lead by example helps push our team forward—one solved problem at a time.

Congratulations, Ron! Thank you for being a steady, humble, and powerful example of what it means to show up and contribute—every day.
