The strength of StormWater Pros has always been our people—the team members who show up every day ready to work hard, support one another, and live our values. That’s why we created the imPACT Awards, a quarterly tradition that recognizes the individuals who go above and beyond to embody our core values:

Safety
Willingness
Professionalism
Pride
Accountability
Courage
Teamwork

Each quarter, leaders from every division and department submit nominations for team members who truly bring these values to life. This quarter, we celebrated Safety, Pride, and Accountability, and our Safety Award goes to someone who sets the standard in the field every single day: Phillip Williams.

Why Phillip Stood Out

Phillip received nominations this quarter from leaders who saw this value shine in his work. Every submission highlighted the same theme: his unwavering commitment to safety—not just for himself, but for the entire crew.

Phillip Williams recognized with Q2 imPACT Award for Safety at StormWater Pros

“Phil is always watching out for others and isn’t afraid to speak up when there’s a safer way to do something,” Brendan Titus, UT Operations Manager.
“No matter what jobsite we go to, he’s prepared with his PPE and makes sure hazards are addressed right away.”

Safety is more than a checklist—it’s a mindset. Phillip lives that mindset. He embodies the principle of “be your brother’s keeper,” ensuring that every team member gets home safe to their family at the end of the day.

During the award presentation, Division Leaders Tanner and Taylor emphasized just how much Phillip’s leadership means to the team:

“Construction is hazardous enough as it is,” Taylor said. “Having someone like Phil out there—someone who’s always looking out for the other guys—makes a huge difference. Safety is our number one priority, and Phil lives that out every single day.”

Phillip’s dedication reflects the culture we’re proud to build at StormWater Pros—a culture where safety is never an afterthought and where team members look out for one another on every jobsite. His commitment inspires others and makes a lasting impact on both his team and the company as a whole.

From all of us at StormWater Pros: Congratulations, Phillip! Thank you for leading by example and showing that safety is truly at the heart of everything we do.
