imPACT in Action: Judah – Teamwork Makes the Dream Work

Teamwork is one of the most powerful values we carry. It is not just about working side by side. It is about stepping in, showing up, supporting one another, and helping the whole team succeed.

This quarter, we are proud to recognize someone who does exactly that every day. Congratulations to Judah Primacio, our Q3 imPACT Award winner for Teamwork and a valued member of our Utah office

Judah is the kind of team member who does not hesitate. Whether it is staying late to finish a job, jumping in to help wherever needed, or looking out for the people around him, Judah consistently leads with service, support, and a can do attitude.

Brendan Titus, UT Operations Manager, shared why Judah stood out:

“I nominated you because you are always trying to work with others and help others out. You are always a team player.”

Taylor Welcker, UT Field Manager, added:

“You are one of the first ones to jump in whenever something needs to get done. You even ask to stay late and help out. Great job, teamwork makes the dream work.”

Taylor also added:

Judah’s willingness to step up and support others speaks volumes about his character. And that spirit of teamwork does not go unnoticed.

In Judah’s own words:

“It means so much to me to have the feeling of actually getting appreciated here. It does go a long way and it makes me feel like I am wanted and noticed for all I do.”
