Safety First, Always—Living the SWP PACT in the Field

At Stormwater Pros, safety isn’t just something we talk about—it’s the first promise in our SWP PACT. As we kick off Construction Safety Awareness Week 2025, we're focusing on reinforcing a safety-first mindset at every level of the organization.

Here’s how we’re putting our values into action this week:

Monday: Drywell Safety Meeting – 4 A.M.

We’re starting the week with an early-morning safety meeting for our drywell construction teams. The focus: reviewing critical safety protocols, discussing recent jobsite experiences, and aligning as a crew before the work begins.

Tuesday: HVAC & Maintenance Safety Meeting – 5 A.M.

Our HVAC and maintenance teams will come together for a department-specific meeting, reviewing procedures and sharing jobsite challenges with safety at the center of every solution.

Wednesday: Jobsite Checks & Recognition

Midweek, our field leaders will conduct on-site safety inspections. Team members demonstrating proactive, consistent safety practices will be recognized directly in the field. It's a real-time way to spotlight those who live the SWP PACT every day.

Thursday: Safety Open House at the Office

The focus remains internal as team members stop by the office to:

• Renew PPE and safety cards

• Ask questions and engage with leadership

• Refuel with a provided lunch

It’s a day dedicated to support and access—making sure everyone has what they need to stay protected and prepared.

Friday: Safety Recap & Takeaways

We’ll close out the week with a recap of what we’ve learned, what we saw in the field, and how we’ll carry those lessons forward. Recognition will be shared, and our commitment to safety will be reinforced across all departments.
