Celebrating Success at StormWater Pros: AZ Division Year-End Party
As the year came to a close, the Arizona Division of StormWater Pros gathered to celebrate a successful 2024 with a memorable year-end party. Hosted at the beautiful Pecan Lake Entertainment Center, the event featured a delicious BBQ lunch catered by Caldwell’s and provided the perfect setting for reflection and camaraderie.
This gathering was a moment to look back on how far we’ve come, recognize the milestones we’ve achieved, and share our vision for the future. Among the highlights of the day was the presentation of exciting new initiatives for 2025, including the launch of updated company values and plans to celebrate 15 incredible years of StormWater Pros!
Our Arizona General Manager, Cindy Johnson, addressed the team with heartfelt words about the accomplishments of the past year and the collective effort that drives our success. Cindy’s leadership and passion set the tone for a forward-looking and inspiring event.
Kali, our HR Manager, also took the stage to discuss internal initiatives focused on strengthening our company culture. Her insights highlighted the ongoing commitment of leadership to fostering an environment where every team member feels valued and supported.
We were also honored to hear from our CEO, Brig Christensen, and Regional Vice President, Glen Millett. Their speeches underscored the importance of teamwork, innovation, and dedication as we continue to grow and achieve new heights together.
A special part of the celebration was dedicated to recognizing our team members’ milestones. We applauded those celebrating 1-year and 5-year anniversaries and gave a heartfelt tribute to our 10-year honorees, Tina and Vohn. Their decade of dedication to StormWater Pros exemplifies the strength of our team and our shared commitment to excellence.
