Strengthening Connections: Halden's Visit to Our Arizona Office

Glen and Halden with a drill rig

In December we had the pleasure of welcoming Halden, our dedicated Account Executive from Utah, to our Arizona office. His visit was not just a trip; it was an opportunity for growth, collaboration, and an exchange of invaluable knowledge. Halden spent the week working closely with our Co-Owner and Regional Vice President, Glen Millett, diving into training on construction operations and reviewing our ongoing site jobs.

There were several key benefits to Halden’s visit that truly highlighted our commitment to professional development and teamwork.

**Professional Growth**: We believe in continuous development, and Halden’s visit was a testament to this philosophy. Working in Utah presents unique challenges compared to Arizona, particularly when it comes to the frequent use of drywells. Halden’s time spent learning about the purpose and construction of drywells has not only expanded his expertise but has also enriched our team’s approach to these essential structures.

**Innovative Solutions for Our Customers**: One of the highlights of Halden’s week was exploring current repairs on storm structures. By collaborating with our Arizona team, he gained insights into how we assess problems and develop effective solutions for our customers. This exchange of ideas allows us to offer a broader range of solutions and improve our services.

**Team Spirit**: Despite the geographical distance between our offices, Halden’s visit reinforced the idea that we are, above all, a team. Collaborating across states reminds us of the strength in our shared knowledge and the importance of building relationships. We cherish moments that allow us to share insights and enjoy a little fun together!

Overall, Halden’s visit to Arizona was a resounding success, emphasizing our commitment to professional growth, innovative problem-solving, and the teamwork that defines our company culture. We’re excited to continue fostering these connections and look forward to more visits in the future!
