🌊 Ripple Effect Anniversary: One Year of Impact 🌊
August 20, 2024, will forever be a defining date in StormWater Pros’ history. It marked our very first donation to Water For Life Charity—a moment that ignited our Ripple Effect and set us on a mission to bring clean, life-changing water resources to communities in need.
Now, one year later, we’re proud to share how that ripple has grown into waves. This year, our commitment to Water For Life Charity has continued—and expanded—to include support for ROAM Humanitarian.
From sponsoring ROAM’s 2nd Annual Gala to directly backing their work on the Women’s Center in Tanzania (the very site of our first water well project last year), our team has been deeply involved in these vital initiatives.
Experiencing the Impact Firsthand
This spring, our CEO, Brig Christensen, and his family traveled to Tanzania with ROAM Humanitarian. They stood beside the water well that began our Ripple Effect and witnessed the joy it continues to bring.

But the trip was about more than seeing—it was about doing. Alongside Water For Life Charity, we funded and distributed 180+ water filters, and Brig personally taught community members how to use, clean, maintain, and repair them.
One moment stood out: in one village, a teacher saw the new water filter buckets and excitedly ran into her classroom. She emerged with a similar filter she had received over a year ago—but had never used, because no one had explained how. That day, she learned, and her students will now have safe, clean water for years to come. This is why education is just as vital as the resource itself.
Growing the Ripple
In addition to the water filters, we funded a Water Tank project in Tanzania—a story so impactful it deserves its own upcoming feature. We also had the privilege of meeting with the founders of both Water For Life Charity and ROAM Humanitarian, hearing firsthand what our support means to them.
During this visit, we presented Water For Life Charity with a $5,000 donation to help launch their latest water projects. These check presentations aren’t just ceremonial—they’re the tangible start of life-changing initiatives.
We cannot wait to share the upcoming video from our conversations with these incredible organizations—it’s a powerful story that goes far beyond a single voice.
