If your property is located in Arizona, we are pleased to offer free complimentary inspections for stormwater maintenance and repairs. For properties in Utah, there will be a small fee, which can be utilized towards the cost of necessary work. These inspections can be easily scheduled and will provide all essential documentation for your records.

Our inspections come with two main documents:

1. Color Coded Site Map: Our team will create a color coded site map of your property, regardless of its size, highlighting all the storm drain structures. Our inspectors are trained to inspect various storm structures, including headwalls, drywells, and catch basins. The best part is that we will locate these structures for you, so there's no need for you to search for them yourself.

2. Inspection Report: For the initial inspection, we will list every storm structure with its condition and provide photos taken by our inspectors while on site. In subsequent years, the inspection report will include any structures needing maintenance, along with their current condition and photos. If our inspectors don't find any damage or required maintenance, our Account Executives will inform you. Additionally, we will follow up with you in a year to schedule your next inspection, taking care of the management of your structures for you.

In the event that maintenance work is needed, our Account Executives will prepare a choice proposal. This proposal will include multiple maintenance plans based on the varying conditions of the structures, ranging from critical to recommended maintenance to repair required. This allows for easier decision-making on what work needs to be completed this year and what can wait until the following year.
